COPD Support Groups
What does a COPD support group do?
Our COPD support groups are for people affected by COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and asthma.
The groups are informal and often engage with invited guest speakers to interesting and informative talks about areas of health that are relevant or interesting to our members.
We'd love to see you there and always encourage friendly social interaction as we aim to relieve and reduce the isolation that can be felt by people with COPD and asthma.

CENTRAL AUCKLAND
Location: 581 Mt Eden Rd, Mt Eden
When: 4th Wednesday of each month 1.30 pm - 3.00 pm
The meeting is free but we ask for $2 contribution towards tea/coffee from members and non members

AUCKLAND - NORTH SHORE
Location: Sunnynook Community Centre, 148 Sycamore Drive, Sunnynook
When: 2nd Thursday of each month 10:00am - 12:00pm
Meetings are free

Meetings are located in the Acacia Room except in April and July, when they will be held in the Sycamore Room
AUCKLAND - WEST AUCKLAND
Location: Glen Eden Community & Recreation Hall, 44 Glendale Road, Glen Eden.
When: Every Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00pm
Meetings are $3 per week (with proceeds going towards equipment and end of year lunch)
Whilst the group is hosted every Thursday, a Asthma NZ Nurse Educator will be there on the first Thursday of each month:
